While trained as a primary care physician, I am stepping away from that role in order to work on the specific and often complex health concerns of my patients. I continue to offer standard and specialty laboratory work, physical exams when appropriate, nutritional counseling, stress and lifestyle counseling, and botanical and nutrient therapy along with many different modalities, such as acupuncture and craniosacral therapy, in order to optimize and meet your unique health needs.

We are located on Court St. (Rte. 7 in Middlebury) across the street from Mary Hogan Elementary School. We are in a white building with blue shutters in the Somaworks Wellness Building. Parking is in the back of the building. Middlebury is 45 minutes south of Burlington and 30 minutes north of Rutland in the Champlain Valley of Addison County.

**Please note: in order to give full, undivided care to each patient, I schedule fewer patients each day than the average doctor. If you find it necessary to change your scheduled visit, I sincerly request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged for the visit.
